I'd pay more for the mark schemes and activities - I see on some slides in the notes section it says something like "See resource #12 for overview" but there is no resource 12...

Lots of useful information, but there are no mark schemes for the exam questions. These would be very useful to allow for teacher-student or peer assessment of the exam Qus.
