Welcome to iLearning through iBooks!

How does this work? It’s the complete scheme of work and all lessons for the Eduqas 9-1 GCSE Media Studies paper 1.

This is a special written iBook largely for students and teachers to interact with. It based on the brand new iLearning strategies and comes packed with just about everything you will need for successful completion of Component 1 - Exploring the Media. Written by an ex-broadcaster specialist and current lead practitioner and head of media.

It includes:

Nearly 30 podcast recordings
All topics and set texts covered in detail
Hours of Video
Interactive features such as quizzes, interactive graphics, zoom ins etc…
Specially written assessments for all abilities
Designed for a scrapbook so no special resources required.
And so much more!

included in this special download is also:

PDF version of the whole book including live links
Teachers iLearning powerpoint to introduce your students to the concept of iLearning
Instructional video of how to use the book for teachers
Authors email in order to contact him with any questions

You can give it to students directly and let them work entirely independently or build you own lessons to accompany it. At our centre we give it directly to the student and they work on it over the course of a term and a bit. All we provide is a scrapbook!
Some teachers project it on the board and let the students work away on it - it’s entirely up to you.
Also included is a powerpoint explaining to the students how it is used in our centre which you can edit for your centre and a video instruction book.

It is designed for Apple products and is available on the iBooks store but the difference with this one is that you get the iBooks Author file as well as the ibook itself so you can actually EDIT the book to tailor it to your needs or your centres requirements or update it as required.
This covers every set text and every combination! Please note teachers are to create their own SOW for this as these vary from centre to centre.
