An excel spreadsheet where you place students on a scale for various measures, then a semi-personalised tutor report is generated for each pupil. These can be used as is or further personalised to your liking. Includes gender neutral comments.
This has been trialled at my current school; with all teachers who used it praising it for saving them time and being an invaluable resource.
There is a separate spreadsheet for each year group from 7-11. There is some overlap on things like attendance and punctuality and some unique to year groups for example, year 7’s have settled in which is to comment on how well they adjusted to secondary school.
