
This complete lesson introduces students to Front of House (FOH) roles and responsibilities within the hospitality and catering industry. Designed for KS3 or WJEC Level 1/2 learners, it helps students understand how FOH staff contribute to excellent customer service in a restaurant setting.

Students will explore what happens at the front of a restaurant, from greeting customers to serving meals and recognise the key skills needed for each role.
