Differentiated three ways.
The children are given a brochure for Mercedes with differentiated products (e.g. leather seats, sat-nav etc.) and how much each item costs.
Children must use their budget to customise their car with the things they would like. The aim is to get as close to their budget as possible, without going over it.
Great activity to engage children, can be done in pairs or individually.
Prices can be easily adapted and other items added or removed to further differentiate as needed. Makes a fantastic lesson and has been used with Ofsted/observations to great results!
