This is a full unit on French Youth during the German Occupation (5 lessons) which can be used with students who have a strong level of French (A Level students, University students, adult students). There is a student booklet containing all the presentations and the quizzes. There are plenty of short tasks, discussion ideas, etc with original pictures, videos or documents as starting points.
I have used it at the end of the year after exams to do something a bit different and during cross curricular weeks (connections with History).

Detail of the lessons (each lesson can be covered 2 teaching sessions)
Lesson 1: La France occupée (causes of WWII, France in 1939-1940, occupied France)
Lesson 2: Le quotidien des jeunes Francais
Lesson 3: Resister ou collaborer
Lesson 4: Etre juif sous l’Occupation
Lesson 5: La fin de la guerre

Files included: Powerpoint presentations for each lesson, Quiz for Lesson 1 to 3, booklet for students
