This is a great exercise in learning. Pupils study the contours of a hill and then recreate it. Using the step by step power-point learn what contours mean and then cut out each layer of a hill before constructing it. Included in the pack is a document with two different 'mountains' but it would be more 'real' for your pupils to create hills local to them.
