Mira 1 Express Module 5 ¿Qué vas a hacer? p88/89

This resource can be used alone or taught alongside Mira Express 1 Module 5 p 88/89 as the listening exercises refer to the ones in the textbook. The powerpoint starts by introducing the time phrases used in the near future tense, then it explains how to form the near future. There are then some quick translation phrases that can be done aurally or on mini whiteboards.
There is also a trapdoor activity to practise vocabulary and verbs in the near future, this could also be used as a writing frame before an exercsies to consolidate the near future.
This is followed by a contrast of the present tense and the near future tense.
There is also a battleships game to practise the near future and a worksheet also.
The translation is differentiated, a single translation and a double translation for the more able.
