These music composer research activities are excellent as a springboard into listening activities/lessons, a music history unit, or a research study into a particular composer/era.

You will find this a great resource to have because it can be used in so many ways:

  1. a class research task,
  2. set as an assignment,
  3. homework or
  4. left as a cover lesson when you are away.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
  • A TEACHER TIPS page is included!
  • TWO composer research activity worksheets.
  • Students are given 2-3 clues on a composer’s identity, and they
    must then research who it is and writes their name in the right-hand
    column.
  • Once the first research task is completed, students are then to
    enter the composers’ names and other required information in the
    table in chronological order.
  • An Answer key is provided for teachers!
