So the pupil receives this at the end of each six weeks block of lessons (football) and its based on something all pupils are familiar with “FiFA”:

Staff give each pupil a score out of 5 on the Student Data tab:

Behaviour for Learning
Attitude to Learning
Leadership
Practical Performance
Attending Clubs

Then this populates a print out for each pupil (individual pupils can be selected from the drop down tab). The chart shows areas of strength and areas of development which pupils can work towards in their next block “showing progress”. The lookup tab can be pre populated for each sporting activity.
Key points
The teacher only has to place five numbers into a spreadsheet (10 minutes max) and the spreadsheet will formulate individual areas of development,
