OCR Computer Science 2019 Paper 1 Self Marking Feedback Generator

Based upon the OCR Computer Science 9-1 2019 exam paper (Paper 1) you can use this spreadsheet to generate feedback for your whole class by just entering their score to each of the questions, the spreadsheet will then calculate the most suitable feedback based upon their weaknesses and give your class personalised feedback - the best thing is it’ll take you a matter of minutes to enter the scores…

There are two documents to this package, the first one is a spreadsheet, I’ve already wrote feedback questions based upon all the questions on the exam paper*, your students will get 2 forms of feedback:

• 5 Knowledge questions (simple questions based around simple knowledge for Paper 1) - these will be selected from their 5 weakest topics on the exam paper.
• 1 Extended writing question designed to focus on their high order thinking skills and extend their Computer Science understanding. This will be randomly selected from one of their 5 weakest topics. You also have the option to select more support for individual students based around the topic they’ve been chosen allowing that next step of personalisation for your students.

Finally, when you’ve added all their scores you can open the Word document, link the spreadsheet file to the Word document as a mail merge and then you can simply send all your class feedback to print.
