This is a 41 slide PowerPoint which includes all you need to deliver OCR Level 3 Unit 19: LO5 - 5.3 - Different psychological impacts of sport and exercise for elite performers and general participants.

This PowerPoint contains a lesson aim and learning objectives, research-informed information for notes, partner discussion activities, interactive tasks, embedded videos, and research tasks where application to specific sporting examples is required.

Also included is a starter worksheet activity which introduces the topic - students must identify causes of psychological issues through an athlete case study. I recommend providing students with highlighters for this activity.
