My Year 11 and Year 10 classes both responded really well to this. They worked together on the tasks brilliantly and were focused on each activity. The task which the groups found most difficult and consumed the most time was 'The Office' room (Sudoku) and so I adapted it a little when I repeated the lesson with the other class. This wasn't in-depth revision on the text but a really engaging lesson based on a familiar text, using reading, thinking, problem solving and group work skills. The resources were creative, well presented and engaging. The powerpoint was really helpful. Thank you.
