A phonics resource for EYFS or to support learning in KS1. Includes 9 worksheets to support the learning of phase 1 and 2 inital sounds, with pictures to colour that begin with the target phoneme.
An example is the Sound /g/ - accompanied by the pictures guitar, gate, grass, flower, books, dog. Students say the sound, name the pictures, recognise the correct initial sound, and colour only the matching pictures. This builds phonemic awareness, letter–sound recognition, alphabet knowledge, vocabulary, and fine motor skills.
