Play and Grow Ltd SEMH Questionnaire

Play and Grow Ltd are an education services company that partners with schools, alternative provisions and pupil referral units to support SEND and CPD. This SEMH Questionnaire looks at five strands: Identity, Friendships, Communication, Body Language and Leadership. This questionnaire enables professionals to have an insight in to the emotional wellbeing of pupils. Additionally, it’s a great tool for monitoring and tracking social and emotional progress and development. It is best used pre-intervention and then post-intervention in order to identify if any progress has been made. Lastly from the data collected, a graph of results can be generated, which can be referred to during inspections, SEND Audits, when setting Annual Review Targets or when planning lessons for identified pupils.
