This spreadsheet helps teachers plan suitable intervals for interleaved retrieval practice with multiple teaching groups.

It will provide dates for topics to be revisited for primary, secondary, tertiary and fourth exposure to maximise retention of the topic (based on Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve principles).

It can easily be customised in several ways, to help fit your situation. By adding term dates and time table information you can quickly see when to quiz students from multiple classes on various topics.

Simply type in the topic covered and the day you are going to initially teach it, the sheet will then tell you dates for you to revisit the topic, based on your own selection of time intervals.
