Roll it, Recap: Statistics & Probability

• Roll it, Recap is a great formative assessment tool to use in the classroom.

• I use these at the end of a chapter before giving a chapter test as it allows me to quickly assess students understanding of a topic in a non formal setting.

• Students enjoy working in pairs/small groups, and the group work aspect of the activity encourages reflection and discussion.

Typically, I print these sheets off and laminate them so they last from year to year. You will also need a packet of dice to play the game.
