Successful UPS application

I recently applied for UPS and was unable to find an example to use to guide my own application. Some time later, I submitted my application and it was successful! I decided to upload this resource for someone who, like me, was searching for some guidance. Hopefully, this resource will help someone gain UPS for themselves. The entire application is there for you to view. It addresses all the key points needed for a successful application.
