This Reading Comprehension handout is best suited for elementary to lower intermediate ESL learners or native English speakers. This Easter themed story was authored by me and it recounts the magic Easter adventure of Jill and Tom who come across a golden Easter egg.
After carefully reading the text the students are required to complete some comprehension exercises including: comprehension questions, True or False, a word search and a definitions match, a fun crossword a word scramble and an Easter themed maze. The text can also be used for vocabulary building purposes on and around Easter. A full answer key is included.
