The Selfie Challenge is a worksheet for a lesson based on Interval Training with a sub focus on Heart Rate.
Pupils must run in groups and take a group selfie at each of the listed points… once you have taken the selfie you must show it to your teacher who will give you a score out of 10 for the picture - before you run to the next location.
Selfies will be marked using the following criteria:
Number of team members in the photo (cannot score more than 3/10 if not all members are in photo)
Creativity
Style
Split group teams of 5-6 with 1 iPad per team.
Make sure the iPad is locked using ‘Guided Access’ mode so that pupils cannot access anything other than the camera.
