Times tables card game / flashcards

A collection of cards with multiplication times tables questions up to 12 x 12 : they can be used by an adult helper / teacher, played individually or as a game in a small group. Multiplication Marvels! Cards with questions (and answers) to multiplication facts / times tables.

There are 100 A4 sheets in this document, each with one question and upside down (small) answer on the sheet. I use my printer’s / software’s facility to print multiple pages per sheet rather than printing 100 plus pages! 9 sheets to a page - subsequently laminated - roughly gives pupils “playing card sized” game playing options. You can print them at whatever size you like, however.

Using these cards has given my pupils a lot of confidence, whilst enjoying themselves along the way. Playing competitively against others tends to give pupils focus. (How many can you show to your partner in 30 seconds for them to get correct? How many can YOU get in 30 seconds? With as many variations as you can imagine!)
