A double lesson about how to respond to a media brief and communicate a clear message for a client. Students generate ideas from a brief and evaluate a model. Students then analyse magazine front covers for different purposes and consider how the features differ in order to communicate a particular message. Students also consider how the ethos and reputation of a company can affect their brief. Finally, students work independently to research a company and how their background affects their advertising. Particularly suitable for students studying Pearson BTEC Creative Digital Media Production Unit 8.
