By affirming and recognizing these behavior, it reinforces and strengthens it leading to increase chances of repeated actions, ultimately the development and enhancement of themselves. Best of all, it boost the self-esteem of our tweens and teens. Each award include a boy and girl version Blank templates are included to add more awards. The file is in power point version and the awards are saved in PNG format. To edit names, awards, and date, use “INSERT TEXT BOX” and type on the insert box to add your text.
