A 38 page study book looking into the artists, their videos and the music industry for the AQA GCSE Media Studies CSPs. This booklet combines printed source material, theory and research guided by linked sources. I intend to use this both as class work for Year 10 as well as revision for my current Year 11 class.

This presentation was put together by myself for my GCSE Film Studies class for the WJEC / EDUQAS specification. It works through the exam syllabus study areas of Social, Historical, Political and Technological CONTEXT Genre Narrative Film language and Aesthetic It would work brilliantly as a whole unit of work or you could use it for revision pre-exam. There are multiple videos / clips embeded in the presentation AND included sperately in the pack. A seperate pack comparing Rebel with Ferris Bueller’s Day Off will be added shortly - hence the relatively low price for so much content.

I will be uploading one of these for each product in the AQA GCSE MEDIA STUDIES CSP booklet as a revision resource for my own class. It could also work as a prompt for their own independent revision by acting as a model/scaffold. I am uploading this one for FREE and if people like it I will upload the others as I go.

For the new AQA GCSE MEDIA STUDIES syllabus this is a FREE 32 slide ppt of starter activites where students revise core target audience details for each CSP in the pack. I intend to use this at the start of all remaining lessons (approx 15-20 mins per lesson) with my class.
