While, I this for a Secondary subject specific interview, the questions will remain the same regardless of subject or level, inc. primary, secondary and FE. Included in the grid are questions that I was asked and those which I found through research to be the most likely questions to be asked. Most of the time they key questions always asked are - why do you want to be a teacher, why do you want to teach this subject, a behavior management questions, a safeguarding question and a subject knowledge question as well as others which are included. So, it is a good idea to have a solid idea of how you would answer these questions and be prepared - remember you are showing them your potential as a teacher! I personally printed them and noted down some answers so I had a prompt when I was asked them. If you have an online interview (like I did because of COVID-19) then you could display them around your camera to prompt your responses but remember don’t stare at them or focus on them too long as you don’t want your interviewer thinking that you’re distracted.
