UK Schools and colleges, which run 100s of amazing events during Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), are this year also being encouraged to run an enterprise assembly/event/talk at the same time and spreading the same message to students - that the future is theirs and that they can define their own success! GEW, which is the world’s largest campaign to promote entrepreneurship and which occurs in 120 countries, will take place between 18th – 24th November under the theme “Take a Step Forward”. This might mean encouraging young people to take a step forward finding out more about careers in enterprise, understanding business basics or being inspired by a local entrepreneur.
