This is a great tool for any teacher - new or experienced!

In this resource you will find a 2 page example letter of application careers lead role. This resource includes many ideas you could include your own letter as well as providing you a useful structure for organising your own application or supporting statement. This example application letter example provides a framework for writing your own letter. This is not intended to be a complete letter and will need editing and changing to make fit for your own role. I always recommend tailoring letters to specific job descriptions and ensure you tailor your letter to the school you’re applying to. You should always provide examples of the initiatives and programmes you have run as well as data to prove impact and your own learning.

This PDF contains a set of 18 overcoming challenge or growth mindset cards. Each card contains a quote or message which relates challenging negatives thoughts and overcoming difficulties. These have been designed to be used to support student thinking and wellbeing. They can be printed or given to students as a set, or used as part of a wellbeing session. This lesson is a stand alone lesson about dialogue and how to use dialogue effectively. It includes some ‘golden rules of dialogue’ and the chance for students to create some dialogue using an image for inspiration. Students then used the golden rules of dialogue to peer assess. In this resource, you will find a PDF with a loyalty stamper style reward card for intervention attendance. This particular stamper has space for attendance to 10 sessions and the description on the card reads: ‘attend 8 out of 10 sessions and receive a reward.’ This is designed to be used with KS4 and GCSE students to attend GCSE intervention sessions.
