I have been teaching Performing Arts for over 10 years and I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with you. Most recently I was teaching in Bangkok, prior to this I was The Director of Theatrical Productions in Amman, Jordan for 2 years. Before this I was Head of Dance in a school in the UK for 4 years. I hope you find my resources helpful and if you do please leave a review. There are a mixture of Dance, Healthy living and PSHE resources for a range of ages and curriculum.

Was it right to kill Gadafi?

This powerpoint was written to inspire debate amongst my year 8 form and discuss the idea of punishment before a trial. I wrote it the morning the news of Gadafi's death so it is a bit skitchy - feel free to add you own ideas.

I used this as part of an enrichment day activity. I had years 7 - 9 all mixed ability. It's a fun one off or the a good starting point for a unit of work.

With the run up to the Olympics this was a a really fun session. It is for a double period and the resources I have added are based specificaly around Australia. This could easily be adapted to also suit KS2. I have provided the task briefs that I used but again these could be adapted to suit your students. Have fun, we did and we also created some excellent work for display!

Romeo and Juliet Task act 3 scene 1

This is an independant learning and devising task that explores the gang relationship between Romeo, Mercutio and Tybalt. Advisable prior knowledge: marking the moment, freezeframes, improvised dialogue, slow motion and stage fighting.
