Introduces the four different levels of structure of proteins and asks questions to get pupils to think about the chemistry.

This work can be done either as an extended h/w or class project as you go through the topic. The idea is that at the end of the topic the pupils have a self made revision resource. the idea is to produce an analysis booklet with anion and cation tests, which can be used in an 'unknown compound' practical assessment lesson. I have also attached a quality marking scheme.
