This is a collation of 8 lessons which cover the topic of Self and Relationships (from identity and culture / youth culture of the WJEC spec, which is the same content as the AQA topic called Me, my family and friends). The lessons cover the following topics: personality- physical description family relationships mariage good friend speaking exam prep It also covers the simple future and reflexive verbs.

Just like the Tour de France, this game is divided into several stages (17 stages). Each stage corresponds to a question/translation. The number of points depends on the length of the stage (either 10, 20 or 30 points). How to play? Students must complete all translations and the winner is the pupils or the team with the most points OR students must complete as many translations as they can in a time set by the teacher. This game can be played in groups or individually by giving the students a worksheet with all questions chosen by the teacher. Students can then work at their own pace. This game can be adapted by any teacher as teacher can choose to put their own questions.

Already made lesson for Module 3 Unité 3 Quels sont tes loisirs. This lesson covers the topic of leisure activities, including reading and genres of books. It teaches students to use the verb ‘lire’ for all subject pronouns and in different forms/tenses. It also covers the negative expressions and possessive adjectives. It also includes an already made booklet to go with the lesson.

Already made lesson for Module 3 Unit 2 On va au ciné. Not all activities from the textbook have been used so they can be added as extra. The unit has been used as inspiration to create this lesson. This lesson covers the near future tense. It also covers key vocabulary for the topic (films/opinions). It also focuses on exam style questions with a role play activity and the preparation of a 90-word question (AQA mark scheme) using QuACNOTT. It also includes already made booklet to go with the lesson.

This template can be adapted for any language! It is based on the theme of Among Us (game on Android/iOS). This template includes the visual of four tasks from the game that I have used to match a language lesson (match up, missing words, put in the right category and a translation). The template doesn’t include the activities, only the visuals from the game, so that it can be adapted to any language and topic.

I have decided to combine both units from the textbook into one to focus on tenses. This lesson focuses on the ability to identify and use three tenses. It also covers on the ability to spot synonyms. This is a great lesson to prepare students for GCSE Exams as it focuses on key exam techniques. It finishes with a preparation to a 90-word question (AQA Mark scheme). It also includes an already made booklet to go with the lesson.

Here’s a template for a tetris translation game. Students have to either copy and translate or only translate the sentences you put on the board. The only problem is that tetris shapes will be dropping and covering the board. Therefore, students have to start translating from the bottom of the board and try to be as quick as possible before the whole board gets covered. The template includes a 4:30min activity and a 10min activity. Can be used for any languages.
