Animals made from simple shapes. Children are to trace around the sides of the shapes. They can colour in the pictures too. There is a line at the top right hand corner of the pages for the children to write their name (you can easily delete them if you don't want them there). In the current format, the pages should be cut in half to form A5 sheets. You can cut and paste the pictures into a new word document and stretch them to fill an A4 page if you like.

This is a long banner (2 A4 pages, landscape).
It can be put in your reading corner or on a display board (a board to celebrate reading, decorated with photos of children holding their favourite books, pieces of writing from children, and key vocabulary such as setting, characters, etc).
For use with 'The Diamond Jubilee-For Kids' PowerPoint.
2 pages in the Word Doc:
Page 1: worksheet with speech bubbles (Picture of The Queen in the middle with speech bubbles surrounding her. Children write facts in speech bubbles).
Page 2: Union Jack bunting outline.
You can use this in Phonics by ‘binning’ the alien or rubbish words or it can be used as a classroom display for the incorrect words your children use in class, such as taked instead of took, buyed instead of bought, and tidy upping instead of tidying up.
