Substitution Top Trumps

(2)
This is a version of top trumps to practice substitution. The rules are the same as top trumps and pupils substitute a = 4, b =2 and c= 5 into the expressions to determine the attributes. Using different values of a,b and c is possible but will change the relative strengths of the animals. This is for KS3 pupils and is always a big hit. The files will need to be printed on card (and ideally laminated) and cut out.

This is a version of top trumps to practice substitution. It is the same as my resource: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/substitution-top-trumps-11501936 but with more difficult expressions to substitute into. The rules are the same as top trumps and pupils substitute a = 4, b =2 and c= 5 into the expressions to determine the attributes. Using different values of a,b and c is possible but will change the relative strengths of the animals. This is for KS3 or KS4 pupils and is always a big hit. The files will need to be printed on card (and ideally laminated) and cut out.
