I am currently a year 2 teacher. I have been teaching for 13 years across both KS1 and 2. I am literacy leader and this is my real passion. My real skill is lesson planning and my lessons are consistently judged as outstanding. I know how hard teaching can be and how time consuming so please have a look to see if any of my resources might be helpful and will save you time for that night out/early finish/Sunday lie-in. Most of my resources are for Year 2 and 4 and whole school literacy resources.

Literacy unit on 'The Titanic' for year 2. Includes all plans and resources. Final product was writing a newspaper. The children loved it! It was based on a simple story called 'Titanic the Lost Ship' by Sivan Sarig, which I found cheaply on amazon.
