About Al Sahwa Schools

l Sahwa Schools are co-educational and located in the beautiful Omani capital of Muscat, close to the beach. The schools have 1100 students aged 3-18. In terms of curriculum, the schools follow the IBO Primary Years Programme for Primary students, with students then progressing to the IBO Middle Years Programme. This curriculum is enriched by a number of additional subjects and activities designed to further the personal development and emotional wellbeing of learners. After this, students currently study for the IGCSE qualification and then complete their time at school studying for the General Education Diploma which is a qualification conferred by the Oman Ministry of Education. It is envisaged that by 2022 the schools will seek to offer the IBO Diploma Programme. Students have the option of studying a range of subjects to further enrich their learning. Al Sahwa Schools provide a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities on our beautiful campus.
