Values and vision
Teachers at London Enterprise Academy aim to help students to achieve every success academically and as an individual within the community. The school encourages children to take advantage of the opportunities presented to them and to create their own paths in life. Students are taught to be sympathetic towards all social backgrounds and to have respect.
“The academy’s behaviour for learning policy sets out the expectations for behaviour and indicates a commitment to provide ‘a calm and positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve high standards of learning and behaviour’. Planned systems to raise awareness of the academy’s behaviour expectations from all members of the academy community are clearly specified in the code of conduct. A merit-based reward programme will provide positive behaviour incentives for students. The academy has clear procedures and detailed policies for all areas of health, welfare and safety.”
