Designed to complement the Year 7 English study of Carole Wilkinson's hybrid text 'Black Snake - The Daring of Ned Kelly', this resource is a detailed summary of the book from the Introduction to the final chapter, 'Silenced'. As a quick reference guide, it is useful to identify and revise main events and people involved in Ned Kelly's story as told by Wilkinson.
These chapter notes offer students a chronological analysis of the novel. I use these notes in my Year 10 English class. They would also be suitable for use in Year 11 and 12 English and Literature classes.

This is a worksheet/activity I ask my students to complete to gain an understanding of the context of the novel Deadly Unna? by Phillip Gwynne. It is aimed at a Year 9 all Indigenous class studying English EAL, however, it can be tailored or used as an introductory activity for other groups. Thank you I value your comments greatly.

This is a whole range of resources and activities to encourage children to like vegetables! It has a guessing game, songs, matching and counting activities, worksheets and a recipe to make healthy veggie chips. I have included an australian and english version as certain vegetables are called by different names in the two countries. It was designed for special needs students but could be very useful for younger mainstream students.
