#### Dividing Decimals – Math puzzle

Dividing Decimals – Math puzzle I’ve included three different sizes of the same puzzle. The smaller size is only three pages and it is great if you are going to print of individual copies for students to practice with in class or at home. The larger size requires 6 pieces of paper and quite a bit of space to solve – fun for centers and group work. The extra-large size requires 18 pieces of paper. Cut out the puzzle pieces (or even better if your students do it themselves) and students are to solve the puzzle so that it matches the solution provided. I’ve been using these puzzles for years with great success! I recommend printing the puzzles on colourful paper and laminating them. This way you only have to cut them out once and they will last for years! What is included in this product? • The solution to the puzzle – Page 3 • The normal size puzzle – Pages 4 – 6 • The large size puzzle – Pages 7 – 12 • The extra-large size puzzle – Pages 13-30 • Questions and Answers in a table format for easy grading or you can cut these out to play a matching game – Pages 31 – 33 My students love doing these types of puzzles. #### Fraction & Decimal Operations Solve & Draw Free Activity

Solve and Draw printables are an easy no-prep way to make review work or practice more engaging. These are also designed to provide practice of reading math directions. Math problems are provided in both horizontal and vertical formats so you can differentiate the level of challenge for your students. Students solve the decimal and fraction calculations and add to the drawing based on their answers. To keep them guessing, each problem may have one correct drawing prompt, two, or none. Each page has an average of 7 responses that require drawing. Drawing is no-prep because it can be done with the student’s normal writing utensil (pen or pencil). You may choose to allow colored pencils, crayons, or markers but they are not required. This works well as a homework option for families who may not have those supplies to offer. Drawing prompts require a student to use multiple skills: Decimal calculations (all operations) Fraction calculations (all operations) Place Value Rounding Reading carefully An optional challenge page is included that can be copied on the back of the worksheet – this gives students an extension opportunity by asking them to create a math equation that fits one of the incorrect drawing prompts or to create a math equation and their own drawing prompts.
