A bank of comments and targets that I've used at the EBSD school I work at. Many of the comments are behaviour-based due to the nature of the school. May be usable by mainstream staff at this busy time of the year, with some changes. Hopefully it will help speed up the process of report writing for you. :)

The record sheet can be individualised and used by students to keep track of their progress over six sessions. It includes a space to record heart rate before, during and after the session. This resource could be a helpful addition to GCSE PE coursework in students' preparation of a training programme and the monitoring of their progress in their programme. Enjoy.

KS3 Cricket Maths Worksheet

KS3 Cricket Maths Worksheet

A KS3 worksheet using Cricket as the focus (cross-curricular opportunity). Worksheet has information about the game so no prior knowledge is necessary. When I used this worksheet I began with a starter activity using enough dice for paired challenges. Each student would roll their die at the same time as their challenger. The person to add the two numbers together and give an answer got the point, or 'run'. They played first to 10 runs although you could use different cricket concepts to sort out timing of the starter. For example, 6 rolls only, or 2 innings of 6 rolls each etc... Enjoy!

Special target sheets can also be developed to help students understand what it is that they need to do to achieve the next level up. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
