We applied for the TES awards as we wanted to celebrate the excellent practice going on at our school, and the hard work and commitment shown by our team.
We were delighted to be shortlisted in our category and took a selection of staff from different roles with us to the awards evening. It was an amazing event. We then went on to win our category which topped off such a memorable occasion.
We have had many parents and families tell us how proud they are of the school, and also members of the wider community have commented on it and asked about our work. We feel it has raised the profile of our school and also shared our innovative approach with other settings.
We would recommend entering- it gave our whole school community a boost and has been a wonderful way to show our staff how valued they are and how outstanding their practice is.
