This respectful, historically accurate resource introduces pupils in Years 4–9 to the life and legacy of Frederick Douglass, one of the most important abolitionists, writers, and civil rights leaders in American history. Designed for upper primary and lower secondary classrooms, it includes three differentiated nonfiction texts covering the same core content, allowing for clear progression and effective differentiation across year groups.
