I created this resource because I couldn't find any exercise posters that were designed for students, everything I found had adult examples.
I wanted some simple posters with a girl and boy adolescent example. I also wanted the component of fitness being targeted to be listed on each exercise.
How I Use This Resource:
Normally, I have 2-3 signs at each of the 6 stations around the room and we rotate through a Interval Workout of 30 seconds on – 15 seconds off. So students do the exercise for 30 seconds then when the timer buzzes they rotate to the next station and have 15 seconds to rotate and rest.
I always have 2-3 exercise options at each station so students can switch if they get too tired (burpees for 30 seconds is pretty tough).
After they learn all of the exercises, I switch it up by allowing them to choose from the One Page Workouts and try to complete as many rounds as they can in a 3-5 minute time limit.
You can also project them on a screen if you have one available in your teaching space.
