These flash cards make a great starter or plenary activity but can also form part of revision lessons and intervention.

Included is one pack of card for the four units for Eduqas A-Level Law:

• English Legal Systems
• Tort Law
• Criminal Law
• Contract Law

Each pack contains 48 cards.

Instructions for Use

Students are split into pairs and given a pack of cards (48 cards in each pack).

They then split them in half and place the cards in a pile face down.

Student one takes the first card from their pack and places it in between them and their partner.

They then have to shout out the legal principle from the case. First one to correctly shout out the legal principle wins the card.

Student two then does the same - students alternate until either the time is up or one student has no cards left

The winner is either the student with the most cards at the end or the student who wins all the cards.

If neither student knows the legal principle from a case I get them to put it aside and give them time afterwards to look it up and add to their notes
