Students move around the room to solve the challenge cards by engaging with the Sustainable Development Goal 13 (SDG13) data (mixed numbers), all about climate action, requiring them to add or subtract mixed numbers in context, or both.
This activity also comes with an additional challenge to provoke higher order reasoning and develop mathematical thinking.
