This resource can be used for any low ability groups to get them thinking about adding in the real work. This lesson is chunked into 3 sections, adding numbers, rounding to the nearest 10 and approximating the answer. I have included RAG activities, examples with some questions, mini plenaries and solutions on most slides. I have broken this lesson down so it is simple to teach and easy to understand as a student.
