Adult ESL Beginner - Present Tenses - Bundle of 6 lessons

A bundle of 6 resources for Adult ESL Beginner students with limited vocabulary.

The lessons focus on Present Tenses (Present Simple and Continuous) as well as vocabulary and situations relevant and useful for adult ESL students. Pictures are used to help explain some of the vocabulary. Each lesson uses a variety of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening activites that will be meaningful to adult learners.

The lessons follow a progression and I suggest you complete them in order; the first 4 lessons are based on the Present Simple Tense; Lessons 5 and 6 Present Continuous.

The lessons cover a lot of relevant elementary language:

· Reading and understanding simple texts about familiar topics.

·Grammatical form and use of the present simple, present continuous,

· Question forms and negatives

· Everyday vocabulary

· Speaking practice – asking and answering questions, pair work and group work

· Writing simple sentences
