These task cards are designed for KS3 algebra lessons (years 7-9).

The bundle includes 32 task cards for 6 different algebra skills - there are 224 cards in total.

These task cards allow students to practise the following skills:

• use and interpret algebraic notation,
• substitute numerical values into formulae and expressions
• simplify and manipulate algebraic expressions to maintain equivalence by:

1. collecting like terms
2. multiplying a single term over a bracket

• use algebraic methods to solve linear equations in one variable

Also includes a bonus exponent rules task cards.

Answers are included on the back of the cards.

Great for cooperative learning - students quiz each other. Can also be used as an individual task such as during Maths centers.

Print double-sided and laminate. Designed to save paper and printing.
