Students will make 6 matching pairs with the 12 cards - 6 are algebraic expressions (e.g. 2x + 7) and 6 are written statements (e.g. A number is doubled, and then 7 is added).
This activity also comes with an additional challenge to provoke higher order reasoning and develop mathematical thinking.
