This is a lesson in the B4 - bioenergetics module for the AQA 2018 specification. This is a fully planned lesson with learning checkpoints, tasks, information and activities for students to do. I used it with a high/middle ability groups. Should be able to be adapted to any class with minimal effort. It contains EPOC as well as past exam questions to look at.
