Children will discover how different animals breathe, practise three distinct techniques, and explore how breathing affects how we feel in our bodies -combining curriculum science with powerful wellbeing tools.
What’s included:
Falcon Breath - short, sharp sniff breaths to boost alertness and focus. Perfect for the start of a lesson, after lunch, or before PE.
Turtle Breath - a slow, extended exhale to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Ideal before tests, after conflict, or during quiet transitions.
Whale Breath - a full-body, powerful exhale to release tension and build body awareness. Great at the end of the day or after sport.
Each exercise includes a read-aloud script, animal facts, differentiation ideas, and teacher coaching tips - everything you need to pick it up and use it straight away.
