Stakeholder theory, Stakeholder interests, Stakeholder conflict and Stakeholder mapping theory is covered in the PPT. Includes an article about Tesco, which can be used to provide context. A few opportunities to discuss in pairs/three’s is built into the presenations. Additional case study factfiles e.g NHS and stakeholder engagement bring further context to how stakeholder theory works in the public sector.
